In order to do that, I laid out some basic guidelines to insure the success and the happiness of our clients and ultimately ourselves:

	The QUALITY of our work must stand out, slacking off in the name of profit is cheating the client (and won't get us repeat business). That is why we will only install and use products we are familiar with and trust.
	CONSISTANCY in our work to show that we know what we are doing and didn't just luck out the first time. I want our clients to always know what to expect when they call us to assist them with their projects.
	CHARACTER and INTEGRITY, the two go hand in hand. We strive to be "up-front" with all of our clients in all areas of their projects and maintain their confidences so they can stay ahead of the game themselves.
	PRICES are based on the market value, dealer cost and what we feel is fair. If those prices are higher than someone else’s we would rather the client save a few dollars than cheat them out of it in the name of making a buck (but our prices are usually less than mail order).
	SERVICE, once a client of ours, we will go out of our way to take care of you!

By doing these things we have built a client base that uses Lone Wolf Audio LLC exclusively for all of their projects. Word of mouth throughout the community has spread and Lone Wolf Audio LLC is expanding rapidly. So rapidly, that we have had to hire more contractors and employees to assist our customers, and as the owner, I had the luxury of picking and choosing the very best Tulsa has to offer. I have had the privilege of working with many talented sound, lighting and stage techs in Tulsa through the years and have brought them together in a team that can do just about anything. All of our techs are certified at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center in downtown Tulsa, OK. and bring a combined experience of over 50 years to the company.
